Stephen brings to PennSpring significant experience in the small and midsize business space, focusing on acquisitions and portfolio revenue growth. Prior to joining PennSpring, he consulted with several small businesses in Central Pennsylvania, creating and optimizing processes related to marketing and lead generation, sales, project management, recruiting and FP&A.
Stephen previously worked as a top-performing sales representative at a Cloud Top 100 start-up, where he was responsible for sourcing high-quality revenue and delivering strong sales performance. Notable results include sourcing two new customers worth a combined $2.5 million in annual recurring revenue.
Stephen also served as a principal in a real estate investment platform, where he led the sourcing, analysis, contracting and closing of acquisitions. Within his first ten months, he successfully acquired and developed over $60 million in rental assets, leading to a $150 million joint venture with a global alternative asset manager.
Stephen began his professional career in commercial real estate acquisitions with Post Brothers, a premier national luxury mixed-use developer based in Philadelphia. There, he evaluated new markets, underwrote prospective deals and provided in-depth research on zoning codes and development guidelines for over $2 billion of transactions.
Stephen is a graduate of Drexel University, where he captained the men’s Division I wrestling team and qualified multiple times for the NCAA National Championships. He has also completed New York University’s Real Estate Finance and Investment graduate level coursework.
Beyond his professional career, Loiseau remains active in the Lancaster community as a coach for Franklin & Marshall University’s Division I wrestling team. He previously held coaching positions at Millersville University and Lancaster Catholic High School, his alma mater.
