Andrew supports all aspects of the PennSpring’s investment activities. His responsibilities span deal origination, due diligence and deal execution for new investment opportunities. In addition, Andrew plays a key role in financial analysis, evaluating potential investments and assisting portfolio companies with corporate development initiatives.

Since joining PennSpring full-time in 2022, Andrew has been instrumental in supporting the firm’s growth. Prior to that, he focused on business development initiatives, contributing to the firm’s deal origination and evaluation processes.

Andrew holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University. Andrew lives in Lancaster, PA.
